Having been in the fitness industry for nearly 15 years, I’ve worked with a wide variety of individuals to achieve their goals, and I can help you too – support, knowledge and plenty of motivation.
I have a real passion for helping people increase their confidence through exercise, to lead an active and healthy life. Being fit, healthy and strong is hard work but achievable, there are no shortcuts!
Based in Kettering and Northampton, I can offer sessions in the Gym, at your home or a location of your choice. The sessions are designed so that they are both enjoyable and rewarding, whilst always heading towards your individual goals – I recognise that each client is different and unique, and the training methods need to reflect that.
