I have a real passion for helping people increase their confidence through exercise, to lead an active and healthy life. Being fit, healthy and strong is hard work but achievable, there are no shortcuts!
Based in my own private Personal training studio in Kettering town centre, the sessions are designed so that they are both enjoyable and rewarding, whilst always heading towards your individual goals – I recognise that each client is different and unique, and the training methods need to reflect that.
