I know that Personal Training isn’t for everyone, so there’s a range of classes available at the studio.  The class sizes are intentionally kept small, so you still get the personal interaction and I can keep an eye on technique and intensity.
Each class is £5 per person, or you can purchase a 10-class loyalty card for £40.

Circuit training is a combination of between different exercises that are performed one after the other – rotating round different stations, 30 second bursts back-to-back until the circuit is complete. Circuits are a high intensity class, giving you a great workout.

Body Sculpt is a strength and conditioning class, using different techniques to increase strength over a period of time. Working alone or in pairs, you support each other through a full body workout designed to shape and build muscle.

Full Body Burn is a high intensity and dynamic workout, using different techniques to give you a challenging and fun approach to exercise.  Work through the session at your own pace, your only competition being yourself.
