Circuit Training

I know that Personal Training isn’t for everyone, which is why I also offer circuits training at the studio.  The class sizes are intentionally kept small, so you still get the personal interaction and I can keep an eye on technique and intensity. Each class is £5 per person, or you can purchase a 10-class loyalty card for £40. Get in touch for an up-to-date timetable. Circuit training is a combination of between different exercises that are performed one after the other – rotating round different stations, 30 second bursts back-to-back until the circuit is complete. Circuits are a high intensity class, giving you a great workout.
