All packages include an initial consultation; nutritional guidance and fact sheets in relation to snacking, food labels and recipe ideas; and full support via email or telephone (down to client preference).

Terms and conditions
Sessions last one hour unless otherwise stated, and will start at the arranged time – any time lost due to late arrival will not be made up at the end of the session. Minimum cancellation notice is 24 hours, or the client will be charged the full session fee (or have the session deducted from their package of sessions). Emergency cancellations will be dealt with at the discretion of the trainer.

Payments can be made in cash, by cheque or bank transfer. Cheques made payable to Sally Mills and bank details can be made available on request.

Full payment to be made on or before commencement of the first session, failure to do so will result in the postponement of sessions.

Rates and prices can vary at any time at the discretion of the personal trainer. All changes to prices will be discussed with existing clients.
