Personal Planning Sessions
Not everyone needs 1-2-1 sessions or wants the hands-on help from a Personal Trainer, so my Personal Planning sessions are ideal for you to get the expert guidance and help, but working under your own steam to get results. I give you the tools to reach your goal, whatever that may be.
You can choose from an Exercise, Nutrition or Goals session…. or you can combine all 3 for maximum effect.
We have an honest chat and get to the heart of your goals, your likes/ dislikes, what your lifestyle and schedule look like and what you have available to you (which are all really important at the moment!). We can put a plan in place that takes you through your entire journey, acknowledging and anticipating bumps in the road, and ensuring you have the tactics in place to deal with them.
You will need the motivation and focus to put the work in, but you have the support of a PT behind you, to know you’re doing the right things for your goals and to keep you accountable and focussed.
£50 per planning session; £90 to combine 2; or £120 for all 3.
Online Personal Training
If you like the idea of working with me to achieve your goals, but aren’t local to the Kettering area, here’s your chance. Following an initial consultation – via phone, Zoom or email – I’ll set you up with your workouts, and you do the hard work! Full contact throughout, motivation and accountability.
12 weeks for £197 or 24 weeks for £387
Terms and conditions
Sessions last 45-60 minutes unless otherwise stated, and will start at the arranged time – any time lost due to late arrival will not be made up at the end of the session. Minimum cancellation notice is 24 hours, or the client will be charged the full session fee (or have the session deducted from their package of sessions). Emergency cancellations will be dealt with at the discretion of the trainer.
Payments can be made in cash or bank transfer (bank details can be made available on request)
Full payment to be made on or before commencement of the first session, failure to do so will result in the postponement of sessions.
Rates and prices can vary at any time at the discretion of the personal trainer. All changes to prices will be discussed with existing clients.
